EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

 Supervising on-site constructionCoordination Subcontractors & Material deliveries and scheduling of bothMonitoring Construction Schedule and maintenance of Job BoardCommunication of issues, performance, and progress to the General ManagerInspecting work during the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

 

Qualifications:

 Strong Construction Background necessary, 3 ? 5 years experience preferredHigh Level of Motivation, Self Starter with the ability to MultitaskComputer Skills NecessaryOral and Written communication skills
