off-site Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

? Schedule various off-site subcontractors.

? Participate in take-offs/estimating

? Manage daily operations of off-site subcontractors and other vendors

? Coordinate the efforts of officials, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers etc.

? Review and abide by contracts/subcontracts

? Hold tailgate safety meetings and be cognizant of all related safety issues

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? 5 or more years related experience

? General math and computers skills a plus

? Ability to read and understand city & state standards.

? Knowledge of the following areas:  safety, grading, underground & storm water prevention (SWPP)

? Ability to read and interpret improvement plans

? Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, and
to meet deadlines.

? Hardworking, detail oriented and organized
