The Morgan Samuels team has grown by 30 percent over the last fiscal year and we are looking to further expand our world-class executive search consultant team.  We are looking for highly intelligent, talented and motivated people.  A background in search is not required. In fact, recent hires to our elite team, over the past 18 months, include a former Partner from Booz Allen and Columbia MBA; a former Case Team Lead from Bain & Company and Harvard MBA; the founder of private mortgage company and Kellog MBA; the former Chief Financial Officer of Countrywide?s continuous improvement division and Stanford MBA; and a former Mattel Brand Manager and Harvard MBA.  We are looking for an individual who wants an opportunity to work in a client-facing business in a highly meritocratic environment and be compensated at a level that you have a significant amount of control over.  In addition, we are specifically looking for all of the following attributes in a Consultant:

? Experience working in a client-facing role (i.e.: strategy consulting, investment banking, private wealth management).

? MBA from a top-rated program. 

? Strong client management skills.

? Ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.

? Ability to add value in a process-centric environment.

? Ability to lead and deliver within a team environment.

? Ability to generate and create new business opportunities.

? Overwhelming need to be compensated on performance.
