Account Leader - Government

Key Responsibilities:
Account Leads for Palladium Group?s Government Consulting practice are responsible for managing multiple client projects on time and within budget, building long-term senior leader relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and mentoring and coaching Palladium team members. Duties will include:
? Leading and directing multiple Strategy Execution and Performance Management consulting engagements for government organizations
? Achieving exceptional project results and value for the client by ensuring that deliverables (quality, timeliness, cost) and experience exceed expectations
? Building and cultivating strong, long-term senior leader level relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction
? Identifying, pursuing, and proposing new consulting opportunities that advance the client's strategic business objectives
? Providing thought leadership and a point of view as a trusted advisor to our clients
? Mentoring and coaching project team members while fostering an effective and productive team environment that is aligned with Palladium?s corporate culture
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree
? 8+ years experience managing and tracking multiple projects within a government agency and as a consultant to government clients
? Excellent project management, relationship management, and communication/presentation skills
? Excellent analytical ability as applied to business, finance, and technology
? Experience with full project life cycle specifically for technology implementations
? Must be confident and have presence while maintaining professional, self-motivated, and client focused attitude
? Must be willing and able to perform hands-on delivery of consulting services (project management, business analysis, etc.)
? Must be willing to travel as needed
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
? MBA
? Knowledge of Strategy Execution (e.g. Balanced Scorecard), Process Optimization (e.g. Hammer), Quality Programs (e.g. Six Sigma, TQM), Performance Measurement (e.g. EVA)
? Knowledge of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) / Business Intelligence (BI) tools, technologies, and solutions
? Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, analysis, scorecards, and dashboards
? Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, financial reporting and financial analysis
? Top Secret Security Clearance
