Qualifications
7-10 years experience in HR, either in consulting or corporate environment, and/or in Account Management. Prefer experience managing large, complex clients dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at the senior level of the organization.
Demonstrated proficiency in coaching, developing, and mentoring others.
Ability to think strategically and to understand client's underlying business and organizational issues and align HR strategies to support these.
Working knowledge of all Watson Wyatt lines of business, products and services, and knowledge of how they can work together to benefit clients at a strategic level.
Strong problem-solving skills: identification, solution, execution.
Must be client focused and have excellent client relationship management skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing large, complex projects.
Strong teamwork orientation; understands that client's best interests are served through smooth, seamless service delivery.

Position Overview
Effectively establish, maintain, build, and manage client relationships at all levels and across practices to ensure Watson Wyatt is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. Responsible for results for account managed clients, including client satisfaction, internal effectiveness, and financial results.
Responsibilities
Conduct client business planning, including establishing and updating business plans, setting annual goals, and developing plan to grow our business. Understand and stay up-to-date on client's business situation, strategy, and Human Resource (HR)/Financial needs. Work with client as a strategic partner, keeping client's short and long-term HR goals in mind. Participate in client's strategic HR planning/decision making.
Manage client activity, including developing new business activity, coordinating delivery of services, and overseeing billing. Also works with Practice Leaders to review budget and staffing decisions based on knowledge of client. Ensure quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of all work delivered. Manage the client's expectations, understanding of team roles, scope changes, etc.
Meet revenue growth goals for managed accounts; bill and collect for work on a timely basis within company guidelines; and meet billable hours targets and new business sales targets. Act as a role model throughout Watson Wyatt for effective client partnering, including communicating with the client and client team effectively, coordinating multiple practice projects, resolving conflicts, reviewing work product as needed to ensure quality, and coaching others.
