Our client, a downtown consulting firm is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for it's downtown office location.

The chosen candidate will provide direct support to a team of individuals assisting in the following areas:

Coordinate meeting & travel arrangements for consultantsAssist with PowerPoint presentationsGeneral Correspondence & expense reportsProject Management

The chose candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience working in an administrative assistant capacity and will be highly proficient in MS Office.
