Administrative Assistant - Experienced

Description:
Provide support to several associates within a business group or practice as well as work as part of the administrative support team within the group and within the practice.

Responsibilities will include:
-Bill activities for business group, including monthly billings, definition of new process, and problem resolution
-Travel support, including airline tickets, reservations, etc.
-Provide general administrative support of managers and miscellaneous support functions
-Problem solve proactively, looking for ways to improve the business and leverage existing information and technology
-Ensure that Hewitt?s resources are utilized effectively
-Work creatively to meet business needs
-Mail distribution, faxing, copying, answering phones, and filing
-Miscellaneous projects

Qualifications:
-2 plus years of relevant work experience
-Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
-Previous experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment
-Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word
-Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with short deadlines, interruptions, and multiple tasks/projects occurring at once
-This role requires sitting at a workstation for prolonged periods
-2 plus years of work experience
-High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility with hours there will be occasions that a later shift will be needed to accommodate a deliverable
