Navigant Consulting's Healthcare Practice strives to be the premier independent management consulting practice assisting senior level healthcare executives deal with their core business challenges. We are looking for Analysts to support our Provider Practice to continue our trend of operating existing strategies at the highest levels of efficiency, adapting core strategies to deal with dynamic market forces, optimizing the deployment of financial resources and, managing the risks of ever present 'unknowns'.

Analysts will work on teams consisting of Consultants and Project Managers. The role and skills of an Analyst can vary significantly from project to project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates proper documentation of work product
- Gathers and presents data, including document review and quality control of data entry activities
- Assists with engagement administrative functions
- Performs basic computer and data management skills (e.g. Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, etc.)
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary
- Assists with general office administrative duties when necessary

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Healthcare background required
- Bachelors and Advanced degrees required (focused in Healthcare)
- 0-3 years experience in a professional organization
- Possesses basic computer and data management skills; MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are required
- Demonstrates efficiency, initiative, and flexibility
- Demonstrates the ability to follow instructions well
- Generates a quality work product in an timely manner
- Demonstrates good organizational and multi-tasking skills and is detailed oriented
