We are looking for a talented Account Managers to build relationships with projects that
have the potential to utilize the Deloitte Consulting Associate Human Resource model in the delivery of the project.? These positions can be based out of our Dallas, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, or Sacramento offices, and involve heavy travel to project sites across the country.? Specific responsibilities include:
- Assisting the project team in understanding the Associate HR model, how it can be used, and the types of roles that are suited.?
- Once resource requirements are identified, will?work with the Project Team, Resource Managers and Recruiting to develop role descriptions that can be used to source candidates both internally and externally.?
- Working with Resource Managers and Recruiting to develop a pipeline of resources for potential engagements.
- For ongoing projects, is the point of contact for the Projects and Associates.?
- Will participate in teambuilding and other project Associate activities in the role of Account Manager to stay connected with the
resources and the projects.?
- Facilitate transition of resources at project end.

- BS/BA?Degree and 4+ years of?experience in?recruiting and/or staff augmentation sales?
- Must have strong people and project management skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in the Subcontractor Placement Industry is highly preferred
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
- Significant travel is required?
