We are currently seeking talented Associate/Senior Associate candidates to join our Leadership Consulting teams located in Atlanta, Chicago and New York.  These positions involve travel to client sites primarily in the US with some global travel.

 Job Description Work on a variety of projects providing integrated human capital solutions to help our clients build and sustain high performing leadership teams.  Contribute to the execution of a broad range of work including: assessment interviews, write ups, referencing and feedback; aggregate analysis of client talent pools and development needs; research on competitor and best practices; general interview compilation and thematic analysis; quantitative analysis of internal and external talent segments; development of organizational and governance models; and development of reports and presentations to clients.Interact extensively with clients at all levels.Support an active program of building intellectual capital, in partnership with the global team as well as with colleagues in Search and in other offices, and aimed at practice-building.Support business development through research and proposal development.

 Requirements2 plus years of business experience ideally working in one or more of the following areas:  executive talent management, Board building, executive on boarding and M&A effectiveness.Prefer management consulting experience.Passion for human capital management, organization and leadership issues.Excellent assessment, research and writing skills.Strong business acumen with solid IT skills, including Excel.Nimble, proactive, and analytical with strong emotional intelligence.Bachelor?s degree required; MBA preferred.
