Solve or escalate technical issues using Query Analyzer, Enterprise Manager, application provided log files, and call tracking software
Participate in test, document, release, train and provide post installation support for custom applications
Participate in team meetings and gain understanding of customer business
Enter each call in a call tracking database. Ensure each call is followed up with and resolved to the customer's satifaction
Communicate with departments on application releases as well as closure on escalated support calls; Set up and maintain user's access to various systems
