- Must be a professional who is adept at both oral and written communications, with management skills to maintain project control;
- Provide leadership and direction during all phases of a project's life cycle, in accordance with the client in a multi-discipline IT environment targeting multiple platforms using the technologies that comply with the Enterprise Architecture and Standards;

Perform business process re-engineering, including: background information gathering; needs assessment; confirmation of findings with contracting agency; procurement recommendations/alternatives; implementation plans and post implementation review plans;

- Responsible for developing detailed plans for implementing and using design software products and consulting services across the entire systems development life-cycle;

- Review the business entities, relationships, and processes to ensure the project model is in compliance with enterprise modeling standards and procedures;
- Evaluate proposed computer system designs to determine technical feasibility, costs for implementation and operation, and functional requirements;
-Analyze computer requests, prepares program specifications, and works with users in developing or modifying computer software



Technical skills required:

Keane is Looking for a business analyst resource with the following technical proficiencies:
- In-depth understanding of Use Case Analysis. Comfortable with both text- and diagram-based exposition of Use Cases, including but not limited to Use Case Diagrams (for scoping and role analysis), Activity Diagrams (for flow details), Sequence Diagrams (for scenario details), and Class diagrams (for structural details of products where applicable).
- High level ability for abstraction.
- Knowledge of but no pre-disposed allegiance to RUP, Agile, and Xtreme design methodologies
- Knowledge of but no inclination towards design, construction and/or deployment.
- UML 2.0 working knowledge
- Experienced use with Together Solo from Borland would be beneficial
