Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Financial Systems consulting with Deltek/Costpoint, Elite, Oracle or Peoplesoft.  Experience with requirements gathering and needs assessment, technology planning, software training, systems integration and deployment is highly desired.

 

As a Beers & Cutler Business Information Systems Manager, you?ll have the opportunity to:

 Implement financial accounting systemsConduct pre-implementation business needs analysesFacilitate software selection processesAnalyze software and systems compatibilityReview business models and business processes for systems needsConduct usage pilots and systems testingTrain end-users on software applications and business process changesAssist companies in leveraging legacy and enterprise systems while adapting and integrating appropriate new technologiesAnalyze software and systems functionality and identify opportunities for performance improvement

As a Manager, your responsibilities will include:

 Assume responsibility for all phases of engagements and dealing directly with clients in accomplishing their goals and objectivesSupervise staff members so work is completed accurately and timely with a focus on training subordinatesReview budgets on all jobs and coordinates scheduling of workProvide Partners with summaries of issues, actions, and recommend solution on issuesEffectively conveys both orally and written knowledge and ideas with lower and higher staff levels, including clients

Ideal Candidates will have:

 Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, AIS or equivalent from accredited college/universityFour plus (4+) years experience with systems implementation/ERP SolutionsProject Management skillsPrevious supervisory experienceExperience working in a professional services environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCPA preferred.
