Business Integration Professional

At Manpower, people are our business. And right now we're looking for a talented, energetic individual to fill a Business Integration Specialist role at our corporate headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The candidate selected for this role will be responsible for coordinating the integration of new accounts into existing operational/invoicing systems, polices and procedures and administer adjustments in order to accommodate new accounts. Prepare audience specific documentation (i.e. billing instructions & special processing instructions). Assist marketing in the development and presentation of customer proposals offering creative solutions to customer invoicing and reporting requirements. Translate customer invoicing reporting and transaction process requirements into tangible deliverables. Support invoicing services in the resolution of invoicing/reporting issues to meet customer requirements.

Selected candidate must have strong project management skills and have the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required and familiarity with Access and Visio is preferred. Sound understanding of operational systems and the ability to drive initatives through to completion is key.
