We have a full time opportunity in our Bellevue office for a ?Business Operations Coordinator?. This position will have an element of business analyst functions, but also some broader administrative tasks. The person will be working directly with our Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Great opportunity for anyone coming out of College and wanting to learn the ins and outs of running a business.  The salary range will be $33,000 - $40,000 depending on experience.

 

Here is a brief description of the duties and responsibilities of this position. Business Analyst Functions Analyze business metrics (develop new metrics as needed) Analyze sales metrics (develop new metrics as needed) Pull together business reports  Executive Dashboard Support budgeting efforts Sales Admin Functions Develop supporting documentation for sales team Manage Sugar CRM Manage Sales & Marketing Sharepoint site Manage all sales templates General Admin Functions Follow up on and project manage the VP of Sales & Marketing initiatives Help respond to escalating issues to VP of Sales & Marketing office Desired skills and knowledge: Bachelor?s degree in business and/or marketing preferred Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form. Extraordinary initiative, self starter, able to work independently with little direction Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.  Excellent problem resolution and time management skills Confidentiality a must Knowledge and skill in personal computer and common software programs. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.  What can this person expect to learn?
