Horne Engineering Services, is doing exciting work establishing processes and procedures for our federal clients. In this role you will serve as a key team member to do:

 Business Process Mapping Process Analysis and requirement analysis Re-engineering of processes to gain efficiencies Writing procedures and directives for promulgation throughout the agency

 

This will be done by interfacing with client users to develop process maps, analyzing processes to determine functional and system requirements for documentation, and then documenting procedures.

 

In this role you will collaborate in a team environment to design best practices and to improve upon processes that will enhance the agency?s capability to perform its mission.

 

Responsibilities:

 Must be able to prepare and present executive-level briefing on operational and strategic issues Extract data from various sources, and convert the data to actionable information Communicate regularly with project counterparts, clients to ensure continuous alignment with projects goals and objectives. Documentation, diagramming and analytical skills are paramount

 

 REQUIREMENTS

 

1. B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of three (3) years work related experience. 

2. Experience in government or commercial consulting with 2 plus years of Business or Process mapping experience using modeling or simulation tools.

3.Knowledge of written and oral communication principles, techniques, and methods, analytical methods, and interpersonal relations practices.  Ability to apply and adapt such knowledge to recurring assignments. 

4. Ability to speak effectively before groups while presenting audio-visual programs to describe issues.
