Business Reporting Analyst to $125k+ - .

Job Description:
Rewarding position as Business Reporting Analyst for a company in the telecommunications industry. Minimum of 5 years experience and proven success in establishing and operating data analysis and reporting programs. Demonstrated experience working with multi-functional, internal stakeholders to define, design, implement and operate business intelligence systems. Strong skills and experience in project management, including a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when developing processes and defining requirements. Ability to estimate time and effort required to extract and integrate data from disparate sources. Working knowledge of database applications, including business intelligence, analytics and report writing tools (preferably Business Objects, Crystal Reports or similar). Ideal candidate will also have knowledge of wireless data and voice services, including awareness of network architectural elements enabling those services. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. * Manage relationships with Product Realization to define scorecard metrics * Manage relationships with Product Realization, IT, Care, Network, Marketing, Finance, external vendors, etc. to develop reporting data technical requirements and post-launch testing requirements * Collaborate with Q-Team data analysts, post-launch testing engineers and Q-Team leadership to support all PRLC and Q-Team key deliverables * Provide and validate data for product lifecycle scorecards, including operational, service quality, and financial metrics; * Provides and validates data for R-Quality Team reviews and ad hoc requests * Provides analysis of all data and interpretation/visualization for regular summary reports * Support implementation of data collection, reporting, risk management and product roadmap reporting programs.
