Business Strategist, Pricing and Analytics - Mercer HR Services US

The Business Strategist, Pricing and Analytics works as part of the Products team to coordinate all pricing efforts for new business and existing clients alongside Sales, Delivery and Finance personnel.  To fulfill this role, the Business Strategist will:Maintain LiveLink database for pricing history. Work with Technical resources on defining reporting and metrics on pricing trends and results. Identify, implement, and continuously improve the pricing process.

7 plus years experience in benefit administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint); must be able to utilize Inter/intranet technology effectively.Strong analytical skills required.Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex information.Strong oral communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and concepts.Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
