Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Process Consultant in the DC metro area.  Must be local to this area.  No travel required.

 

Job Description :

 World Leader is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant who focuses on helping clients to improve the value and reduce the costs of HR processes and systems through design and delivery of improved Human Resource processes. This may involve the design, build and implementation of HR shared service
centers, or HR organization or delivery model design, or other HR process work.5-8 years experience of team lead or small project lead experience. Experienced team member on HR process or transformation projects; Experience on HR shared services implementations as lead or project member; Min. 5 years functional HR experience;Strong written & verbal communication skills, analytical skills and people skills
in order to effectively work with the client throughout the process; Effective team player;
