NorthPoint Solutions is a technology consulting firm specializing in building custom applications for the Alternative Investment Market.  NorthPoint?s works with the top Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, and Private Equity firms in New York and London and our client base is growing.  NorthPoint?s expertise is in building mission critical financial applications such as real time portfolio monitoring and guidance systems, risk/exposure/performance and P+L reporting systems, Securities Master Databases, etc. 

 

NorthPoint currently has (2) two immediate needs for strong .NET/C# professionals to join our New York team.  Interested candidates with the following skills should apply:

 

-VB .NET, ASP .NET / C#, WinForms, WebForms, VBA, Excel

-SQL, Oracle, SYBASE, or MYSQL

-Any experience with products such as Advent, EzeCastle, Charles River, Portia is a plus

-Any experience developing fixed income, equities, or credit applications is a plus

-Experience/ Desire to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment where technology has a direct impact on business

-Bachelors in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related area is strongly preferred
