SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

. Good understanding of OOAD and systems architecture and design.
. At least 5 years of hands-on application development experience.
. Strong C#.NET
. Background in Java or C++
. UML
. Experience in either SQL Server or Oracle

. Desired:
o Multi-tier, distributed application development
o Real-time application development a plus
o Experience with iLog
o Experience with Hibernate or nHibernate
