Will educate applicants on FEMA Public Assistance Program and eligibility criteria. Responsible for developing cost estimates and documentation for rebuilding public properties

Requirements:

Successful candidate will have B.S. in Chemical Engineering and minimum of two years experience as an emergency response program managment consultant to FEMA. Will also have experience with capital projects from conceptual cost estimates to project completion on time and within budget. Must possess strong understanding and working knowledge of Code of Federal Regulations, CFR 21 and CFR 44.p[to
