Perot Systems is currently looking for a Client Executive to join our team in Washington, D.C.

Job Responsibilities:
This position is the primary interface with the customer and responsible for managing relationship with client's executive team. They will need to understand the C-Level mindset, and have the executive presence to engage with credibility on customer business issues at an advisory level.

Responsibilities include the delivery of all initiatives within a client organization, and to ensure that customer needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables. This individual will be responsible for overseeing account operations, and to lead efforts of Perot Systems, customer, and third-party vendors.

At the higher level, this individual will have responsibility for growing additional new business and account revenue. They will be the lead interface for securing and delivering value added proposals to client's leadership team in an effort to meet the needs of their business.

Required Skills:

Must have previous I.S. Management and/or Consulting experience to include comprehensive responsibilities involving running I.T. operations, delivering solutions to meet business needs, and relationship building at the executive level.

Demonstrate domain knowledge so to understand client's marketplace, competitive landscape and business drivers, and be able to speak intelligently in these terms.

Need to demonstrate past success of delivering add-on business, revenue expansion, and managing P&Ls.

Operational expertise to ensure delivery expectations are exceeded, and that proper team is in place to conduct appropriate business/technology planning and deliver solutions/operational excellence.

Previous leadership experience with responsibilities for leading client engagement teams, meeting deliverables, implementing value-add solutions, and developing and maintaining client relationships.

Must have executive presence to engage with credibility on customer business issues, develop executive level relationships, and negotiate client contract.

Desired Skills:

Proposal development.

Knowledgeable of common IT methodologies and performance management tools, such as performance scorecards, SLA's, etc.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor Degree.
