Client Exprience Team-Data Analyst

Job Description -- This position is part of the recently re-organized Knowledge Services Organization (KSO), a PwC internal function. The strategic vision of the KSO is to support PwC?s aspiration to be the preeminent knowledge-based professional services firm.

The Data Analyst is responsible for conducting data analysis and producing reports for the Client Experience Team (CET), which will play a mission critical role in creating a Unique Client Experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). The Data Analyst will perform data and trend analysis of survey results, create quantitative reports, assist in developing integrated learnings and document best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:
o Conduct data mining and trend analysis of Client Experience data
o Run data quality, cleansing, standardization, and verification processes
o Work directly with representatives from survey vendor to code and categorize data and to troubleshoot data discrepancies
o Build and execute SQL queries to investigate and resolve data quality issues
o Develop applications to improve report production processes
o Work closely with team members to report Client Experience Index results to client teams, Firm leadership, the US Leadership Committee and Vice-Chairs
o Schedule work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines for report delivery
o Assist in identifying and codifying best practices throughout the firm, identifying key areas for further research or direct action to improve the Unique Client Experience and contribute to building the Distinctive Firm

Success Metrics:
Client Experience reports delivered error-free and on-time. Survey data mined to identify underlying trends.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Two or more years experience in professional work environment preferred.

- Must possess experience with statistical data and providing interpretation of findings
- Ability to dervice conclusions from data
- Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively and meet deadlines
- Experience with computer programming, SQL or other relational database applications is preferred
- Ability to summarize findings and articulate implications
- Must be an expert level with Microsoft Excel, and some exposure to Microsoft Access
