Client Services Leader - Kaiser
The Client Services Leader (CSL) will serve as the single point of contact for identified client(s) and target(s) and is responsible for developing and managing Healthlink, a division of IBM client accounts, totaling approximately $3-5 million or more in managed business. New and add-on sales into targeted accounts will be required, as well as maintaining executive relationships with all identified clients and prospective clients. The CSL will be responsible for managing the business at targeted accounts, including overall accountability for project delivery and quality, staffing, client satisfaction and project forecasting. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop sales strategy for targeted accounts, including account plan Implement sales strategy for targeted accounts, including lead tracking (using Healthlink standard tools), proposal and presentation development and delivery, and deal closing Set up on-site sales meetings that will include the regional Healthcare Leader and other Healthlink executives and consultants as required Write proposals that capture the business needs of the prospects, and Healthlink's solutions and qualifications Conduct follow up calls and visits as required to ensure that we follow a strong sales methodology to maximize close percentage Responsible for add-on sales into managed accounts and increasing targeted revenue Obtain strategic and tactical insight into client's needs, business plans and objectives for assigned accounts Remain accountable for successful project delivery, including issue management and client resolution, and participation in client executive steering teams Ensure projects are following Healthlink's QM processes Remain accountable for overall client satisfaction Manage account finances, including forecasting, budgeting, contribution margin, accounts receivables and regional profitability. Responsible for staffing projects and working closely with recruiting, staffing coordinator and service lines to identify the best internal (or external) resources Provide feedback on consultant evaluations relative to account projects Will be a point of contact for approval for consultant's request for leave unless there is a project manager on site Responsible for covering Healthlink internal costs by performing billable project work at targeted accounts. Managing $3-$5M for the region in business, the expectations will be to perform 50% of their time on billable projects Participate in regional and national events, boards, trade shows and vendor meetings as needed Participate in Healthlink's management team Work under the direction of the Regional Healthcare Leader and receive other duties as assigned by Regional Healthcare Leader.
