Position requires 3 - 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, and/or Operations experience. Experience in implementation efforts or participation in a full application development life-cycle effort would be a plus. Must be able to contribute to the delivery of superior results to clients. Must be knowledgeable of and have experience in two or more areas of Collection areas noted: Collection operations, strategies and processes - Collection operation measurements and reports - Collection outsource solutions and tools - Collection management proficiencies - Collection technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with MS office suite skills required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
