Communications/Change Management Lead

The BearingPoint Intelligence sector is currently searching for a Communications/Change Management Lead.

Performance Profile:

•Experience developing transition strategies for public sector employees needing to use a new system.
•Identifying business process, policy and procedure, and job skill impacts as a result of a financial systems implementation.
•Facilitating assessment of and designing workforce transition action plans to help employees transition into new roles.
•Conducting interviews and focus groups, mitigating organizational risks, formulating leadership strategies, coaching senior level clients on their role in major transformations, and designing and facilitating senior level and stakeholder events.
•Designing facilitating and delivering an organized communications strategy for a system implementation.
•Track communications to stakeholders and conduct surveys and change readiness assessments for the project team.
•Work with the training team to develop and execute training strategy and curriculum.

Position-specific Requirements:

•Active TS/SCI (polygraph preferred)
•Change Management experience
•Knowledge of current industry change management methods and tools.
•Experience leading change management, communications, training strategy, and implementation in a large project environment.
•Must possess facilitation, analytical, and project management skills.
•Proficiency with MS Office products.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills.
