Comp Delivery Specialist

Description:
This position will provide detailed problem resolution and project support to a wide variety of comp/benefits admin programs. As a member of the Comp Administration Team, this role will be the primary liaison with Payroll, IT, Client, Account Teams and Third Party Benefit Providers. In addition, this role will conduct in depth research, creating comprehensive case reviews and detailed participant responses.
- Manages employee escalations by working with Payroll, IT, Third Party Benefit Providers and Insurance Carriers
- Proactively conducts root cause analysis on employee issues and proposes innovative solutions
- Oversees and executes administrative processes for comp administration.
- Compiles data from various sources in an efficient manner and applies sound logic and analytical skills to interpret and form actionable conclusions
- Ensures high quality delivery of services and applies continuous improvement techniques to insure customer satisfaction
- Resolves systemic issues related to comp administration
- Assists with the documentation of processes and procedures

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required:
- 2+ years experience with comp plans in a progressive corporate environment
- Experience with comp administration by an outsourced third party vendor is preferred
- Skilled in technical analysis and data manipulation
- Strong analytical skills and experience applying logic and reasoning to develop business solutions
- Proven skills in using a variety of software applications (Access, Excel)
- Prior experience with PeopleSoft a plus
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, processes, and customers
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks as assigned

Education:
?* Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent level work experience
