The Client Services Representative will learn the BancWare products and the risk management industry through product training, consulting projects, and client interaction.

Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative include:

- Technical and analytical support to our client base worldwide

- Learning about Interest Rate Risk methodologies used by our customers

- Learning about Budgeting & Planning methodologies used by our customers

- Training for new clients as well as new company employees

- Monitoring Client Utilization rate of Tech Support

- Occasional travel for training and client implementations

- General IT resource (i.e. hardware setup, software installation, etc.)

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

- MIS, IT, Computer Science knowledge a plus

- Proficiency in all MS Office applications

- Detail Oriented, Team Player, Good Communication

- Prior experience using relational databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) a plus
