Consultant or Associate Consultant- Leadership and Talent

We currently have a need for a Consultant and an Associate Consultant for our Leadership and Talent service line in our Arlington, VA office.

Principal accountabilities for the Consultant include:
- Providing analytical, conceptual and process support on a wide variety of organizational effectiveness consulting assignments while developing consulting skills needed for long-term success.
- Working on key client engagements as part of teams and interface directly with clients on design and the implementation of recommendations.
- Generating billings revenue by conducting analyses, writing reports, and assisting clients in implementing desired changes.
- Providing sales and marketing support for DC Metropolitan business development activities

Typical assignments involve the following:
- Training design and facilitation
- Survey design, administration, and analysis
- Supporting design and implementation of competency-based human resources systems

Qualifications:
- This position requires a four-year college degree. Additional formal education (i.e. MBA,Ph.D.) strongly preferred.
- Experience with employee and customer surveys, training and facilitation, and competency-based HR systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
