Contracts Manager

Job Description:
Provide contract management support for the Government Solutions Professional Services sales and operations for Government professional services accounts. Support will include pre-sales activities, including proposals, risk mitigation strategy development, negotiations and contract formation, as well as post-sales contract administration, all focusing on several different professional services disciplines such as information technology, systems development, program technical support, research and development, systems integration, program procurement support and analysis, modeling and simulation, and engineering services. Serve as the conduit for all contract-related communication with the Government contracting officer and internal clients. Candidates should have substantial cradle to grave contract bidding and administration experience with Government customers and with multiple contract types including T&M, CPAF, CPIF and CPFF, as well as firm fixed price and GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracting experience. This position requires in-depth knowledge of FAR and DFARS government requirements, particularly as related to high-value professional services contracting, as well as the Service Contract Act. Candidates should have the ability to analyze RFPs and identify relevant terms/conditions and risk considerations; a full understanding of federal contract pricing for professional services; and the ability to work with internal staff to submit a competitive and responsive proposal. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Attention to detail is a must. The ability to work and problem solve independently is required, as well as the ability to maintain an effective interface with internal executive-level management. Must have the ability to handle a substantial workload and multiple complex problems simultaneously. Some travel may be required.
