Creative Director

We are searching for an experienced Creative Director. The IBM e-Business Innovation Center network consists of Application Innovation Services (AIS) Centers and teams that focus on client collaboration, solution design and development. The Creative Director defines, and is ultimately responsible for, the user experience concept and approach on Internet and interactive media projects. They work closely with clients to understand strategic business objectives from a marketing, branding, and overall user experience perspective. The Creative Director interfaces with clients, creative and technical staff to establish a vision for user experience, create design concepts, and oversee the user experience through completion.

Desired Skills
Requires: 10+ years experience with superior knowledge of strategic business creative concepts, knowledge of strategic marketing and strategic branding concepts, Proven record of leading successful internet media projects and interactive media projects, Articulate and energetic in presentations, Ability to lead and inspire others, and proven artistic and design talent. They must also be a strong leader capable of exciting, motivating and supervising the creative team, as well as managing production schedules. Major Field of Study: Computer Science, Media Production, Graphic Arts, or Marketing. This position is Live in Washington, DC area (no relocation assistance provided) and 30-40% travel locally and throughout the U.S. as needed. The IBM office is located in Gaithersburg, MD.
