Customer Care Senior Manager

As a member of the leadership team, work with the practice managers to grow and develop a CRM team. Primary responsibilities will be to assist in business development as a subject matter expert and to lead project teams in the implementation of business solutions to our clients.  This person will closely engage with key client personnel and participate in all areas of project delivery. 

 

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of all the functional areas within CRM but will ideally have specialized in a specific area - Marketing and Sales experience is preferred but will look at all qualified candidates.  An industry background in products such as high tech manufacturing or automotive is a plus.


We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:

Functional Skills needed:
Experience in the role of project lead/engagement manager for CRM implementation

Experience with top tier CRM packages

Communication skills: strong presentation/communication/facilitation skills(oral and written)

General consulting skills, including: team facilitation and business case development

Identify and pursue business development opportunities

Ability to travel up to 75%

General Experience Desired:
Bachelors degree, Masters or MBA preferred

8+ years experience in Customer Relationship Management

3+ years of consulting experience

Microsoft skills, including Power Point, Excel. MS Project and Visio

Ability to train and mentor project teams

Ability to resolve business and technical issues

This position can be based out of our Los Angeles or Orange County office
