We are building an internal consulting group at Capital One, to revolutionize our customer experience. This role will be as a key member of a small team, consulting with business unit leaders, to diagnose, design and implement customer-centric business solutions. The Manager, Customer Experience Analysis will be a pivotal part of a dynamic team building an enduring, customer-centered competitive edge for Capital One.

Required Skills:
* We seek candidates with exceptional consulting, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Must have mature business judgment, experience analyzing businesses and processes from a customer experience viewpoint, and the ability to partner with and coach business associates, to work effectively as an extended team.
* 2 years as a business analyst strongly preferred
* 2 years consulting experience preferred.
* MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
