Defense Financial Management - TS/SCI required

Under this task IBM provides consultation, analysis and assistance in the area of DoD Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) processes. IBM helps implement and support development of improved PPB&E and congressional interaction processes unique to the client environment to include (a) requirements generation, and prioritization processes; (b) development of analytic tools to support PPB&E processes; and (c) production of supporting data and documentation. This role will provide consultation, analysis and assistance in the area of DoD Planning, Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) processes for an Air Force client.
