The Role

 

You will work closely with the respective Regional Managing Director to develop and execute advisory business by creating and nurturing relationships with leading hospitality developers, owners, operators and entrepreneurs.  When internal resources are insufficient to deliver your clients? requirements, your ability to source and instruct a network of independent consultants will be key to meeting your clients? expectations.  Your contribution to the strategic thought of the organisation will be essential to the origination and development of an all encompassing and solutions-driven service offering which will set the standard for the industry. 

Your experience of leading and selecting diverse internal and external teams will be essential to driving the business to the next level of success

 

Essential Criteria

 

? Have proven success within the leisure real estate business, ideally with some exposure to hospitality and residential real estate development

 

? Be highly numerate and analytical, able to understand and communicate hospitality business economics and therefore able to deliver strategic solutions to complex business problems

 

? Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to communicate effectively, convincingly and succinctly at the highest level internally and with clients

 

? Be educated to degree level from a well-respected institution.  MBA whilst desirable is not essential

 

? Have fluency in English and at least one additional language

 

? Be proactive, purposeful and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial setting within a corporate environment.  The ability to motivate others and maintain good humour under pressure is valued highly

 

? Be able to undertake frequent international travel
