We are a well known, privately owned consulting company with an 80 year history of success and growth in our industry around the globe.  Currently, we are seeking a Director of Call Center Operations to be an integral part of our executive management team.

 

Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of a high-volume call center. Act as a liaison with departments such as MIS, Corporate Communications, Operations and the Sales Team to ensure that appointments meet company standardsMonitor representatives phone calls on a daily basis.Ensure proper training for all new hires.Create weekly schedules to ensure adequate phone coverage.Ensure timely resolution of Representatives concerns and issues.Attend daily production meetings with Directors to ensure proper information flow.

 

Requirements: Candidate must have 5+ years experience as a Manager within a call center environment.Operations/Sales experience a plus.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to work well under pressure, with little supervision and in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to meet deadlines in a timely and efficient manner.Candidate must have strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented.

 

You will be paid a base salary plus bonus incentives that can add up to earning more than $100K per year. Full benefits offered, including medical/dental/vision, vacation pay and 401(k).
