Director of Operations

The Director of Operations (DO) will support the CBRE Project Management business nationally.  The DO will be responsible for creating efficient, standard, national processes for both project management activities and supportive business activities and accountable for their implementation.  This will require a collaborative effort with the field, support organizations, and other business lines.  The DO will be intimately involved in the national leadership of CBRE Project Management.





Job Tasks
Develop and Drive PM processes nationally
Includes auditing and enforcement
Champion and monitor best practices
Champion and monitor Web Based platform
Focus on and improve business processes
Invoicing
A/R Collection
Risk Management
Contracting
Training
Conduct and coordinate semi annual national training sessions
Support and coordinate Local Market Leaders with local training topics and collateral
Support the integration of acquisitions
Coordinate with Procurement Manager to develop and support national vendor relationships and strategy
Coordinate with Human Resources to support national recruiting efforts
Coordinate with Legal and Risk Management to define and enforce risk policies and negotiate major contracts
