District Municipal Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:  Provides consultation on all municipal bid documents and reviews all municipal contract bids. Assists in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), providing guidance regarding capital investment, returns and long-term strategic impact. Evaluates current municipal contracts and, in conjunction with District Managers and General Managers, identifies opportunities to increase market share and profit margins, and proactively renew contracts. Manages corporate review and signoff of municipal bids according to the Levels of Authority policy. Shares and implements best practices throughout the company sales organization. Develops and maintains mechanisms for tracking market bid behavior and competitive trends, and responds accordingly. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.  Qualifications:  Required Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. Minimum 5 years of related sales, operations and/or market development experience required. Waste or transportation industry experience required
