Resource with knowledge of EDI Standards needed to assist with the development of Banking Software to promote Commercial Payments Processing.

Job Experience:
Our client is trying to find consulting expertise in commercial banking payments processing. In particular, resources that has experience with, and a working knowledge of, the following EDI standards and the particular specifications within the standards that pertain to payments processing within financial institutions and banks.
Currently, our client has to perform extensive research of the standards and then make assumptions as to which elements need to be captured through the payment objects in their financial services application / product, which have underlying message choreography. The standards they are looking to rationalize are:
Australia BECS
CHIPS
EDIFACT
fedWire
FIX
FPML
IFX
ISO 20022
NACHA/ACH
New Zealand ISL
OFX
SWIFT
TWIST
X12
Any resources with high level architecture and design, and/or software development experience in this space would be highly desirable.

Our Client is looking for a technical resource that has experience working with GIS, and in particular, mapping EDI transactions across the following EDI standards. Here are the EDI specifications that they are looking for in a technical resource:
X12 (existing - A)
EDIFACT (existing - A)
NACHA ACH (new and existing - A)
CHIPS (new - A)
FedWire (new - A)
AUTACK (new - B1)
SAP IDocs -> PEXR2001, PEXR2002 (existing - B1)
STEP 2 - EBA (new and existing - B2)
ISO 15022 (new - B2)
ISO 20022 (Payment) - (new - B2)
TARGET 2 (new - B2)
ISO 20022 (SWIFT Solutions) - (new and existing - B3)
Specifically, SC needs expertise on items # 1 - 7. Items # 8 - 12 are important but less critical. Don't worry about the A, B1, B2, B3 notation. That is used to prioritize their development.
Another skill they are looking for is the ability of this resource to test the maps they create.
