EIM Program Manager

Description
This is an individual contributor role in Human Resources to lead a multi-phased, multi-year, cross-functional initiative to design, develop and implement organizational, data, process and technology solutions for an end-to-end enterprise-wide sales incentive compensation management process.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and lead the execution of a multi-phased complex project leading a cross functional team of business and IT subject matter experts to produce deliverables within scope, schedule and budget.

Facilitate the team's progress towards goals by ensuring that appropriate resources are available, timely decisions are made and barriers are removed.

Manage external consultants/contract resources assigned to project team, holding them accountable to deliverables defined in statement of work.

Report progress and escalate issues to project sponsors, steering committees and key stakeholders.

Ensure the project team, process managers/owners and IT have a shared knowledge and understanding of current and future state data, processes and systems and they are all adequately documented.

Navigate organizational and process complexities as needed to ensure project milestones are realized.

Demonstrate an integrative, systems-level knowledge and understanding of people, process and technology issues.

Comply with any policy, process or regulatory requirements including those required for project management and internal controls.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in related field required

Minimum five years experience in program/project management role

PMP Certification preferred

Experience in sales incentive compensation plan design and/or administration is a plus

Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

Very strong oral and written communications skills

Experience with a third-party Incentive Compensation Management system a plus
