Eam Senior Consultant

A four year college degree and/or equivalent work experience is required for this position. A mimimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in external consulting or related consulting experience is required. A mimnimum of 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing Remedy ARS and ITSM is required. Ability to assess client legacy systems, compile business requirements, demonstrate
vendor packages and participate in building a technical infrastructure encompassing plan hardware, database, and networking is required. Location-prefer eastern half of US, but will consider any location. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Preferred experience Includes:
RAC or RSP certification; experience integrating Remedy with external systems; experience developing extraction, transformation, and load (ETL)routines to support data exchanges between Remedy and external databases; experience with development using scripting languages (e.g., MS/SQL, PL/SQL; experience with implementing Marimba and Magic; ITIL Foundations or Service Management Certification. Expeience with any of the following is a plus: Tririga, Archibus, Manhattan Software, Bricsnet, Planon, Intuit. Technical background including scripting languages or DBA experience is also a plus. May require up to 100% travel to client sites. xallx
