Engineering Change Analyst

Manpower Professional is seeking a very detail-oriented person to fill an Engineering Change Management position. The individual will be working in the Engine Division of a major manufacturer approximately 55 miles north of Milwaukee. The department is very busy and needs a very well organized, team-oriented person to manage the Engine Division's cross-functional Product Change Request (PCR) system. Working knowledge of SAP is crucial and absolutely required for the position. Bill of Materials (BOM) structure knowledge required. Prior Product Data Management experience is also a must. Familiarity with blueprints helpful. The basic function of the position is to manage the cross-functional Product Change Request (PCR) system. Coordinate and track the Product Change Requests (PCRs) from their receipt into Configuration Management through the Change Control Board (CCB) review and approval process culminating with the Engineering Notification (EN) release processes. The duties described here are only a few of the actual job responsibilities. The position holds much more. Individual must be professional, have a positive attitude, and show a willingness to learn. Able to work in a group or individually.
