Enterprise PMO Project Manager

Thompson Technologies is seeking a top Senior Project Manager to oversee, track and report simultaneous multi-million dollar Information Technology project, and keep the Executive Level (C-Level) up to date. The following are initiatives and directives that you will be responsible to successfully manage.

25% Travel is required for this role.

Communication:
- Ensure a healthy two-way communication environment is built between and among the executive leadership, Project Team, and key stakeholders.
- Construct key messages that prompt and reinforce the desired behavioral changes.
- Create and distribute communications on behalf of the project team and PM.
- Coach project team members and decision-makers on communication plans and delivery associated with the change.
- Track communications to stakeholders and conduct surveys and change readiness assessments for the project team.
- Track engagement activities with stakeholders by date and name.
- Ensure the project team allows for appropriate refinements throughout the change that includes the feedback of those impacted.
- Lead the process of ensuring that the change is sustainable.

Required Professional Qualities and Skills:
- Understands basic concepts of Change Management and Organizational Capability.
- Managing multiple project and tasks at one time, and excellent customer relationship management skills is vital.
- Has experience in project management, change management, process/job design, and communications.
- Is comfortable with ambiguity and excited by change.
- Demonstrates a strong presence and influence.
- Leverage other resources to get work done.
- Demonstrated success working with management at all levels of the organization while deploying change.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Work non-regular hours, when needed.
