Candidates start as an Entry level Marketing Account Manager to ensure they understand the business from the ground up. Once consistency is achieved, candidates are eligible for a promotion to sales training. Sales Trainers learn skills in interviewing, training, public speaking and leadership. To make this a career, sales management is the next step. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for project management, sales training, client relations, and teaching and development of the team. They also gain experience in recruiting, administration, payroll, human resources, and management. Ultimately you can seek an international consultant position!

To cater to the demands of our growing client roster and employees, we started an expansion a few years ago into the rest of the United States. This expansion has grown to encompass 9 offices with plans to double in size within the next year.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

We look for written and oral communications skills and a background in customer service. Pay based upon performance.  Full Health Benefits are available!
