Environmental Consultant - 3+ years experience a must!

Cutting edge environmental firm seeking a dynamic and experienced compliance consultant/regulatory specialist to manage multiple projects, lead project teams and WOW! our clients.

Partner directly with our clients to execute projects such as environmental audits, manage EH&S programs onsite, and conduct facility-specific training.

Environmental, Health & Safety managers are encouraged to apply for this position! This person should also have OSHA experience and knowledge of DOT regulations. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual with hands-on experience.

Essential responsibilities and duties include:
Perform multi-media compliance audits.
Permitting (e.g., air, wastewater, storm water, etc.).
Regulatory review and research.
Development of facility plans/manuals (e.g., SPCC, Contingency, Emergency Action, etc.).
Technical research and reports.
EH&S trainingRequired qualifications:
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations including: Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation & Recovery Act, Department of Transportation ? Hazardous Materials, and the Occupational Safety & Health Act.
3-5 years minimum Environmental Health & Safety experience.
Degree in Environmental?related discipline.
Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
Project management and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Attention to detail with ability to keep the big picture in mind.
Excellent soft (people) skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers.
Self-starter, motivated individual.
Training/public speaking skills a plus!
