Responsibilities

As a Experienced Consultant in Finance at Virchow Krause, you will:

? Lead business improvement projects in the areas of costing and financial reporting
? Perform financial analysis of business problems leading to data-driven solutions
? Participate in the selection and implementation of financial management and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)software Responsiblitites
? Create corporate performance measurement methods
? Conduct process flow reviews
? Identify process improvement opportunities
? Coordinate the work of internal and external resources
? Prepare findings, analysis and recommendation reports
? Make presentations to all levels of an organization
? Collaborate on project proposals
? Maintain knowledge of industry and business trends through activity with professional associations

Qualifications

? 2-6 years experience (consulting experience preferred)
? Knowledge of the overall flow of business transactions
? Functional depth in accounting, costing, and financial reporting
? Direct project experience improving business functions
? Direct project experience selecting and/or implementing finance and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software
? Strong analytical, communication (oral, written and listening), and facilitation skills
? Ability to prioritize and manage tasks
? Focus on exceptional client service 
? Interest in a fast-paced team environment
? College degree required
