The Financial Services Practice
The FSI practice includes the following service lines includes three segments....Banking, Capital Market/Securities, and Insurance.?This practice identifies and delivers customized management solutions that help clients be more competitive and maintain
control in a changing environment.
Operations Excellence
Advises on all aspects of the client's business operations to streamline functions and improve performance. Service offerings include: Performance Improvement/Cost Reduction, Operational/Financial Restructuring, and industry-specific services.
- Program Leadership Initiative: Optimizes the client's portfolio of programs and projects by creating a structured approach to project management. Usually PL is a core component of any large technology project implementation. Service offerings include: Portfolio Management and Program Management Office.
- Enterprise Cost Reduction Initiative: Provides an integrated solution to achieve large, rapid, sustainable, enterprise-wide cost savings. Its two-stage approach immediately increases cash flow while providing long-term cost reductions and operating efficiencies. Service offerings include: Black Ink.
- Sarbanes-Oxley Initiative: Multi-disciplinary approach allows clients to focus
immediately on full compliance, design and implement an infrastructure required to sustain it, and implement changes to improve performance.

Requirements
Managers possess 5-8 years' in Insurance experience within the Financial Services Industry?or consulting services experience preferably at the post-graduate level.? We are interested in candidates with an annuities background. Managers are responsible for developing the engagement work plan, managing the project planning phase and engagement performance monitoring.? They actively participate in complex proposal development and sales presentations and develop creative analyses to diagnose client issues.? Additionally, managers prepare and coordinate quality deliverables and manage and report on their portions of the budget and collections.
The candidate must keep current with financial services industry trends.? Consulting experience is preferred and understanding of the consulting lifestyle.? The candidate should have IT experience and/or
interest in being deployed on IT projects. Also, must have flexibility to be assigned to any one of three segments (insurance, banking, or securities).
An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.? University degree required.
