Federal - Lean Six Sigma Professional

Our firm represents the industry leader in Six Sigma consulting to the commercial and Federal markets. We are searching for two Black Belt and two Master Black Belt professionals with at least 3 years of experience consulting for the Federal government.  This is an excellent opportunity to help the company continue to grow a robust Federal practice. Additional experience with Lean is an advantage, but not a requirement. Candidates must evidence outstanding communication skills.

Our client has outstanding and rapidly increasing relationships with its Federal clientele. These roles offer the opportunity to lead major projects that have a genuine impact on improving government and the lives of United States citizens.

Candidates will be a part of a well established company that is recognized as the thought-leader in this space and one of the dominant forces in facilitating successful change management among its clients. The selection process for new Black Belt/Master Black Belt consultants is rigorous. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their skills during the interview process in addition to offering a strong resume and top references. The result, however, is becoming part of a team known for its uniformly high quality and esprit de corps.

Compensation is based on experience, but ranges from 100k - 140k, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
