As an Associate Partner, responsible for directing multiple projects, defining the delivery approach for multiple projects, understanding client needs and shaping client's view of project deliverables. Also responsible for managing the client relationship and ensuring the delivery of results as well as teamwork between practitioners, client resources, and third party independent software vendors as needed. Must be able to utilize deep Capital Market subject matter expertise and experience developing business requirements, reengineering business processes, streamlining operations and/or facilitating the evaluation, selection, and implementation of supporting systems and tools to deliver high quality services to our clients. Previous Consulting experience required. Will take a leadership in developing and delivering IBM Trade Processing Transformation Solution and managing the delivery of IBM's services in this area. Must have 10 -15 years experience selling and delivering management consulting services to both buy side and sell side Capital Markets firms. Must have deep understanding of trade process order management workflow, Front and Middle office operations and complex financial products such as derivatives, options, SWAPS, etc. Position requires experience managing multiple projects and project managers anad/or leading large-scale systems implementation efforts through the full application development life-cycle. Must be able to understand and blend service delivery models to apply the appropriate approach to each engagement to deliver superior results to the clients. Must have had Business development experience and managed Client relationships at he Functional VP or C level. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with advanced MS office suite skills required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Advanced degree preferred. Deep Fin Mkts SME, Financial Services technology and operations, Trade Processing Transformation experience. Engagement management and business development experience.
